This is for the sole use of the customer specifically registered and does not extend to any other person or entity. You as a customer may resell sites and any kind of application to third parties but you are responsible for the content, the payment and are bound by the terms stated in this document. NO WARRANTIES With respect to the service to be provided hereunder, Customer acknowledges that A.A.I.U.S. INC. makes absolutely no warranties whatsoever, express or implied. As a result, customer agrees that A.A.I.U.S. INC. shall not be liable to Customer for any claims or damages, which may be suffered by Customer, including, but not limited to, losses or damages resulting from the loss of data as the result of delays, nondeliveries, or service interruptions caused by the fault or negligence of A.A.I.U.S. INC. Unilateral Service Revocation: In the event that A.A.I.U.S. INC. may at any time believe that the service is being utilized by the Customer in contravention with the Terms and Conditions of the Sections above, A.A.I.U.S. INC. may immediately discontinue such service to Customer without liability other than the refund of unearned prepaid service fees. USE OF INFORMATION The utilization of any data or information received by Customer from the utilization of the service to be provided by A.A.I.U.S. INC. is at customer's sole and absolute risk. A.A.I.U.S. INC. specifically disclaims and denies any responsibility for the completeness, accuracy or quality of information obtained through the services to be provided hereby. We don't collect automatic information on surfers who browse our Web page. In the footer of our members' pages there will be a link to our main web site in which there is information about our BuildaGate suite and the wide opportunities to use it. We reserve the rights to sell our application or parts of it to a third party at any time. The contents and the material entered by a member to the site will be saved for him as long as the payments due to his contents will be paid on time and according to the amount entered. The program - All the files and their contents that has been updated on the computer via disks or from the Internet has been produced by A.A.I.U.S. INC. or their sources have been written by A.A.I.U.S. INC. All information somehow if directly or not directly is from the source of A.A.I.U.S. INC., search engines, word layouts, help files, pictures, forms, logos, codes and so on. A.A.I.U.S. INC. isn't responsible for the contents of text/files that is found in the sites built with BuildaGate suite. The purchaser will be stopped from changing or destroying or adding to the original templates because they are a part of this program, this is without written permission from A.A.I.U.S. INC.. The purchaser will be stopped from making any changes as well as any copies and the use of other people for another type of use and not what the program is meant for. The right to use this application is by purchasing license only. The purchaser will be stopped from deleting any of A.A.I.U.S. INC. A.A.I.U.S. INC.'s responsibility and warrantee is valid only if the purchaser keeps up with his payments according to the schedule agreed upon. In any case of damage caused to the product, refunds will be given to the purchaser according to the Terms and Conditions given with the license, the amount of the refund will be no more than what the product was purchased for. A.A.I.U.S. INC. has no responsibility for any damage or harm that may happen to a third party as a result of using the application. The license instructions are valid for the period of time that the program update/upgrade were made. The place of judgement in the area of license use will be given to the licensed court in Tel Aviv. A.A.I.U.S. INC. states that they use an updated Anti-Virus to check the programs or any update that it distributed. A.A.I.U.S. INC. takes no responsibility for any virus that has been distributed without her knowledge via the program or an update that could not be detected when run through the anti virus program which is in use.
